SplitBliz provides a platform for users to track and split shared expenses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must not transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Service

• Users are responsible for settling debts outside of the platform
• We are not liable for any disputes arising from shared expenses

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SplitBliz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SplitBliz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
